Corrupt a wish!

Here is how corrupt a wish works.
Example:
player 1: I wish i had a friend!
player 2: Shortly after you got a friend he had a heart attack and died. I wish I had a car!
player 3: Granted, but shortly after you got into a fatal car accident. I wish I had a hamburger right now.
And so on
I will start
I wish I found a pot of gold

I give you a pot of gold. Then take it back, and throw it off a cliff in Northern Canada. I wish for a Doritos Locos Taco Muchachos.

You get your Doritos Locos Taco Muchachos, but shortly after you suffer from near-fatal indigestion that clogs up your entire digestive tract, leading you to surgically insert tubes inside of your body to evacuate you bodily wastes.
