As of recent times, I've just been in a general bad mood. Most of the time I just can't see the better side of life. I look at the bad side of life, I feel even worse. Some things will cheer me up for a little bit, but other things get me down for an even longer time. When I get angry, i can't exactly act on it, and that puts me in an even worse mood.

i personally wouldn't know what to tell ya but i know i feel pretty lowly when i'm bored Crying or Very sad

This is a feeling that happens to everyone, at some time or another. No matter how well we all get to know one another, we will never completely understand the things that a person is facing on the inside, day to day. This time of the year is about celebrating a great gift, and though we all have our own beliefs and worldviews, I believe the following is something we can all do: Look to see how you can be a help to those around you -- and don't feel awkward for accepting help from someone either. We all can pick each other up and you never know how much one small thing can be a boost to someone who needs it.

You may want to try asking yourself questions. Try finding out what fears or problems are causing downtime. Heh, There are times where I'm worrying over nothing, so keep that in check. Usually, I want start with any recent situations that may have caused a degree of stress. Once I find the problem, try fixing it. If it's unfixable find an activity that will help you ease up.

Can't say these steps are a walk in the park since depression comes in many forms.

I'm certain you are not alone in this one.

Hope you win the fight.

Find someone trustworthy and talk to that person in details. Things aint good when they're just in general. Save money then try a travel or participate in some activities. Ask a tough guy to accompany u if u need a walk in nighttime, for safety huh? Don't think of it as a trade, u who do the good things for yourself. Meanwhile, there's a fair chance u'll find something sweet in people, hehe.
