I've been banned?!

K, so I try to get onto spiral knights today, and apparently I got banned for BAN EVASION.  

does anyone know how to help me get back on? I swear I'm innocent!!!

What I want to know is, how do you get banned for ban evasion? It's not even logical.

were you using someone else's computer? or a public computer?
The ban system may of paired up up with someone else's ip or something along the lines. owo;'

K, so I did what Read said, and 'Ban Evasion' means you were trying to play Spiral Knights  even after you were banned. No sense was made, as this is my first time being banned. I told OOO this, and they are looking into it.

Fingers crossed, I'm not gonna quit just yet. Wish me luck!   

It's possible they thought you were somebody else - I do hope it gets resolved.
Ex. Guy1 gets banned. Guy1 makes a new account called Guy2. OOO is crazy and thinks Guy2 = Miss-Pao.

Speaking of bans, they're handing them out right now because of that Prismatic Bolted Vee 'bug'. No one I personally know has been banned, but if you have any obtained from that event, even if you bought it legitimately, I suggest you turn it in. (just say it in bug reports)

As usual, no direct statement from OOO themselves..

Good thing you took Read's advice MissPao, the worst action to take when banned is to appeal to the community (ie SK forums) but you should get more results talking to the ones who did the banning.

Were you there when they handed out prismatic bolted vees?

aaanyways, OOO is asking about my friends now (ex; What is your relation with a knight by the name of Generic-Name) and I have NO IDEA if this whole thing is tilting in my favor or not. If the ban is removed, I will appreciate this game SO MUCH MORE as I almost lost it. If the ban stays, I will miss the SK community but I will stay on the forums, 'cause you guildies are awesome

Tell them as much as you know on what you did before you got banned, and usually you really don't go wrong with that.

They haven't responded in a good few weeks, and I have a general idea what's going on.

Miss-Pao is not my only knight. I also have one by the name of EcstasyKnight, which is extremely similar to the name of a friend of mine's knight, EcstacyCat. As it turns out, my friend (who I have introduced to this game, and have been playing waaay longer than her) was banned too, but for suspicious billing activity.

It SLOWLY occurs to me that OOO thinks I'm the same person as EcstacyCat, and I sent another email their way to try and clear things up.

I hope I can get back on soon, I saw on the wiki how awesome the update with the robo-turtles are.   

They are finally asking about more relevant stuff now! (hehe, that sounds a little mean...)

My friend from before used my wifi to create her Armor Games account, and apparently that's their main source of suspicion! Good thing that happened both BEFORE she was banned and AFTER I made my account.
