I think we should have a thread where anyone in the guild recruit-GM can talk about how the guild could be run for better. The reason why I think this thread should be made is because GM/officers wont know what everyone will like and some people in the guild are scared to say anything. So i think this would be a great idea for the whole guild.

Sure that's fine, in fact if you or anyone else need to talk about things like that and don't want it to be public feel free to send me an in-game mail. We don't want anyone to feel like they don't have a voice and I would rather know about it before any misunderstandings happen.
