3/9 Guild Event: 1st Ever Aurora Fantastic Four!

Before you think, or start thinking, "what has Val gotten us into this time?". ALL you need to keep in your mind is "Amaigah, I have to be at this event!"

Since we have just implemented the amazing guild titles system, courtesy of Vk, why not have an event that combines the spirit of Olympics with awesome titles?! That's right! You have the opportunity to earn exclusive titles that will be only given out for this event! And one per person!

So what exactly is this "Aurora Fantastic Four"? Well, we are still working on the exact details, but to give you a quick preview!

Fantastic Four is a group of 4 superheros with each one having a superpower. For this event, you will have to organize yourselves into groups of 4. But becareful who you choose, you will need 4 people in your group each with a different "superpower". Basically, one person from your group will be competing in one of 4 events: Trivia, Jelly King Speedrun, BN Free-For-All, and LD 1 vs. 1. Points will be rewards for each event, and the group with the highest points at the end will be awarded the title "Aurora Fantastic Four" along with an individual title:

Disclaimer: This event cannot happen if there are less than 2 teams (8 participants). If this in fact happens, then we will just have a free-for-all and do watever we can think of =D

Few things to keep in mind is that due to the scoring system, you can win your individual event but still not get the title because your group did not win. So this really is a group effort. But worry not, we will have tons of opportunity in the future to prove your individual skills and gain individual titles. But the purpose of this event is to award a group effort =) Also, I understand some people cannot do T3 LD. But many T3 LD players cannot to T2 because they do not have the specific gear. So there really is not a way to satisfy everyone. However, do understand that almost no one in this guild has OP T3 LD gear, so if you have the skill and a set of decent T3 gear, then you have a great shot!

I have a buttload of stuff till this Friday. So start looking for groups and begin practicing! Please please post any questions or suggestions here! More details about the event will be added Friday =)

I better see you all at the event even if you're on just to watch and cheer on your fellow guildmates (or laugh at them lol) ! Or else...

Wow, really looks like a nice event, hope I can make it out for it. And here are my dream team picks:

Mr. Fantastic:
Redhawkone -- king of all things trivia, sort of a vulpine encyclopedia

Invisible Man:
Readreact -- after offending Val (when it's not "shush, Read")

Human Torch:
Ivanhoff -- has a propensity to go into the fire, so if there's some in JK he'll find it

Thing:
Valene -- because she's got that one thing (which happens to be a Gran Faust that she wields in LD without mercy)

Just a headsup: if it's at 6p, I will not be here, period. If it's at 9p, I may or may not be on time, but more likely I'll be fairly late, so don't wait on me.
